By 1 July 2022, CSC JÄKLECHEMIE will expand its extensive product portfolio for the paints and coatings industry. In addition to Covestro's innovative and established polyisocyanates, we will in future also distribute the products of DSM's former RFM business, which were acquired by Covestro and integrated into its portfolio. This integration significantly increases the product range in the attractive growth market for sustainable coating resins. A complete range of water-based polyacrylate resins, water-based hybrid technologies, powder resins for coatings and UV-curable systems will be added to the portfolio.
This expansion is intended to further drive sales of Covestro's extensive product range through CSC JÄKLECHEMIE in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Both companies will respect all existing distribution agreements, in particular transition periods and expiry dates.
